We are flexible on our rates, especially for longer bookings. Our passion is to give musicians the most relaxed and comfortable rehearsal surroundings for an affordable price.
Room Rental:
Our room rental operates on weekday and weekend rates, in three hour slots. We also offer an all day rate and a two hour session although this works out more expensive than booking a three hour slot.
All rates include parking, P.A, internet access, and complimentary beverages.
We offer discounts for repeated bookings. Feel free to email us or ring to gather information about what criteria needs to be met to trigger these offers.
Guitar Lessons:
Our resident guitar tutor Rob Holmes, provides top personalised tuition, focused on making lessons for the students tastes and not a one size fits all approach.
Twenty four years of playing experience, ten years of tuition experience, internationally toured, DBS checked and affordable rates. What else can you ask for!

ACCOMMODATION:

On tour and need somewhere to stay which is also thirty seconds away from a rehearsal room? You can make that sweet improvised fill at the last gig a regular for the rest of the tour!
Need a place to stay whilst you write? Our green room overlooks the Norfolk countryside and woodlands, giving you a peaceful environment to reflect and write your next hit in.
Other?
We aren't just a rehearsal space, if you have an unconventional
idea that needs a little bit of space, feel free to contact us and we'll see if we can accommodate it.
For example if you wish to do pre-production in our room you can bring your DAW laptops and mics, setup and take advantage of the space uninterrupted.
If you need to record a music video for a demo track, or a live recording, again, we have the space to accommodate you.
Our room has also proved quite popular for those who partake in table top gaming, plenty of space, and facilities to help build atmosphere into your sessions.
